My name is Janina, I am living in Munich where my shared office is located – the „Chief Inspiration Office“ – in a charming backyard studio in the laid-back meatpackingdistrict („Schlachthofviertel“) of Munich.
I am a Strategist and Consultant and I help companies with the challenges of the digital transformation: how will we work in the future, how do we remain innovative, how do we motivate employees in times of uncertainty, how do we position ourselves as an attentive employer for talents, how do we find the perfect person-job fit, how will we become or stay a strong brand?
