Two training plans in the shape of a folding book: “Unfold this plan & unfold yourself!” With helpful instructions for Hatha Yoga and Personal Training.
Ulrich’s concept is to bring his participants into the right balance. He offers strength training, perseverance training, physical training, self-defense and kung-fu as a fighting and strengthening sport as well as mentally strengthening and balancing training in Tai Chi Chan, relaxation techniques, Hatha yoga and meditation.
